He has appeared in a previous post making cinnamon scrolls here and then ordered a custom Jacket here
He Loves the process, the making, the enjoyment, the good people. Enjoy!

And like being on the beach...
(unless I am wearing my Beattie Lanser winter Jacket)
The last Dance I had was... at Womadelaide in March.
Too long ago!
When I am bored, I... Bake.
I wish I was better at... Drawing and Swimming.

If you live in Melbourne, you may see him on his bicycle.
Say hi to him, he is a very friendly

traditions

traditions
the passing down of customs from generation to generation
things that your parents taught you
things that you do every year and they feel like "home"
things that make you grounded
that produce a plethora of memories
That help you re kindle the past and enjoy the moment you are in...
traditions
what do you all think about traditions?
There is something really special about Antifouling a yacht.
As people asked me what I was up to this long weekend in Sydney, firstly I said sleeping and walking in the rain and then I said "painting the boat with my papa"
I feel like I have been doing this every year for my whole life. There are photos of my sister and I on an old wharf while our folks painted and we tried to behave ourselves. Now, I am old enough to help myself and I relish the job, hanging out with Papa Max, wearing my old painting clothes, mixing up the copper paint and slapping it on the underside or Keel of our yacht "Cormorant". I love the scars of the job: copper paint staining my hands, hair and face, even after rubbing vigorously with Turps, for the next week. It also means I get first dibs on all the sailing we do in Summer! We did well this year, got it on in a couple of hours in between spells of rain. Traditions of these kind are a treat indeed, I hope one day I will get to pass them on too.
Happy sailing people!
Bring on the summer I say.
